About My Practice
I earned my B.A. in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of mindfulness, presence, and the complexity of the human mind and heart.
Since then, I have spent over a decade working closely with individuals in deeply personal and transformative ways as a coach, space holder, and guide. My background included professional organizing, where I supported clients in creating external and internal shifts, and over 14 years in private practice as a certified coach. I now have a master’s in mental health counseling and a certification in mediation.
My work is informed by years of experience, and working closely with trauma and healing, as well as by the creation of my own intuitive, integrative, relational approach.

*While honoring that activation can be a wise response to what you’ve lived through/are living through. This work is not about calming you out of your truth or adapting to harm, but about staying connected to yourself in a world that doesn’t always feel safe.
What matters most to me is creating a space where you can soften, feel seen, and begin to reconnect with yourself, your truth, and your capacity for relationship.
The real work is not becoming someone new, but gently unlearning the patterns that keep you from love within yourself and with others.
The work is and always has been liberation work in the service of love.
What you may want to know about me…
I come from a long line of intuitive, empathetic women, and from an early age, I experienced the world through a sensitive, observant lens. My path has not been linear, shaped by lived experience, deep feeling, and a willingness to listen inward.
Much of my early life was marked by independence and adaptation. Like many of my clients, I learned how to move through the world by attuning to others, sometimes at the expense of my own authenticity. Over time, through both challenge and healing, I began to trust the deeper knowing within me and I bring that skill into our work together.
