A house surrounded by lush green trees with sunlight filtering through the leaves. The house has a wooden structure with a green exterior and a small porch with steps. There are decorative pots, sculptural objects, and a large tree in the front yard. A wind chime hangs from a tree branch near the house.

Reconnect. Repair. Grow.

Come home to yourself and those you love.

What to Expect

Each person and relationship has their own unique constellation.

I strive to be thoughtful and accountable and understand that each person’s layers of identity and lived experiences shape how they move through the world, both internally and externally.

I see therapy as a practice of liberation. In our work together, I make space to explore layers of oppression, especially when parts of your identity have been marginalized or unseen.

I see this work come alive when people begin to feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to what matters most.

When old protective patterns start to loosen, there’s more room to breathe and choose differently.

Healing begins with feeling heard. We will work together to better understand your experiences and help you reconnect with the life you want to live.

I bring my full presence to each session, supporting your system in finding steadiness and safety through body-based and relational approaches.

I care about creating a space where safety comes first and, from that foundation, real growth, honesty, and change can unfold.
